Pascal Lourens is Sales Manager for the DACH region at Kaseya, supporting IT service providers and internal IT teams in accelerating their growth with leading IT management and security solutions. With over 15 years of international experience in sales and leadership, Pascal has successfully driven market expansion in Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

Before joining Kaseya, Pascal was Sales Director EMEA & APAC at Soliton Systems, where he led multi-regional teams and achieved sustainable revenue growth through strategic partnerships and tailored go-to-market strategies. Previously, he held senior sales positions at iRENT in the DACH market and in the international hotel industry, where he expanded his expertise in customer relations and service excellence.

Thanks to his multilingualism and consultative approach, Pascal combines cultural competence, technical expertise and commercial strategy to show companies at events how they can increase their efficiency, strengthen cybersecurity and achieve measurable business results in a practical way.
