Register to be Hosted


All hosted attendees at XChange are pre-qualified and receive full access to the conference, including all meals and refreshments. Travel and accommodation benefits are available for those who qualify*.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • You are a decision-maker at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or a Solution Provider offering managed services.
  • You participate in at least one vendor partner program.
  • Your company has an active website accurately reflecting its business.


If your company falls into any of the following categories, your registration will be automatically denied:

  • Vendor
  • Manufacturer
  • Office Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
  • Independent Software Vendor (ISV)
  • Distributor
  • Channel Services Provider
  • Any company that operates a portal specifically for partners or resellers

Hosted attendee benefits:

  • Full-access conference pass
  • All refreshments and meals
  • Complimentary National Rail travel - for attendees travelling from outside the Mannheim transportation network (Rhein-Neckar-Verkehr GmbH (rnv))*
  • Up to one night’s accommodation for those with travel constraints (Limited to attendees with significant travel needs)*

One person from your company can take advantage of the benefits of the Hosted Participant Programme (hotel and travel expenses covered). The second person is welcome to participate, but must cover their own hotel and travel expenses.



Please note: If you accept hosted travel and accommodation benefits, you are expected to attend the full conference and all scheduled activities. Failure to do so may impact future eligibility.

*Travel and accommodation

1. If you are travelling from outside the Mannheim public transport network, we can offer to book your Deutsche Bahn ticket if required.

2. If you cannot arrive on time for the start of the conference due to the length of your journey (over two hours), we can arrange an overnight stay in a hotel for the night before the conference.
