Andreas Dorsch is an experienced sales professional with over 17 years of expertise in the software and IT services sector. As the founder and managing director of COD Consult, he helps software companies gain more customers, increase revenue, and enhance company value. One focus is supporting a successful market entry into the DACH region.

Previously, he held senior sales and marketing positions at YAVEON AG, where he built the international partner network, headed the US subsidiary as president, and generated significant revenue share through channel sales. Additionally, he has experience from start-ups, established software manufacturers, and M&A.

He holds a degree in business administration (FH), has solid knowledge of Microsoft ERP/CRM technologies, and leads the Business Circle ISV of the Association of Microsoft Partners (IAMCP). His passion lies in the pragmatic establishment of sales processes and market expansion.

Pascal Lourens is Sales Manager for the DACH region at Kaseya, supporting IT service providers and internal IT teams in accelerating their growth with leading IT management and security solutions. With over 15 years of international experience in sales and leadership, Pascal has successfully driven market expansion in Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

Before joining Kaseya, Pascal was Sales Director EMEA & APAC at Soliton Systems, where he led multi-regional teams and achieved sustainable revenue growth through strategic partnerships and tailored go-to-market strategies. Previously, he held senior sales positions at iRENT in the DACH market and in the international hotel industry, where he expanded his expertise in customer relations and service excellence.

Thanks to his multilingualism and consultative approach, Pascal combines cultural competence, technical expertise and commercial strategy to show companies at events how they can increase their efficiency, strengthen cybersecurity and achieve measurable business results in a practical way.

Manuel Staiger has been an IT entrepreneur and owner of IT sure GmbH for over 22 years. After achieving success in the 2010s with data centre solutions based on DELL for medium-sized businesses, he has consistently evolved his company into a dedicated Microsoft cloud consulting firm in recent years.

The business IT specialist is recognised for innovative business models such as ‘Cloud at a fixed price’ and the modular ‘CUBE Cloud Concept’ – both of which now influence the cloud strategies of many clients. As a thought leader in pragmatic and scalable Microsoft cloud concepts, he is a sought-after discussion partner in the IT consulting industry.
